Exchange Policy

At Zaibayah, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Exchanges are accepted only if the article is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving their parcel in case they receive an incorrect or damaged article, or if there has been any error from our side during dispatch. Proof in the form of pictures or videos is required for verification. Please note that refunds are not offered. Size issues are not eligible for exchange, as a detailed size chart is provided with each article. If a customer still wishes to exchange due to a size issue, delivery charges both ways will be paid by the customer. The exchange process will only be initiated once we receive the returned parcel.
